Copied QR code
A QR code was reused, printed, forwarded, or displayed away from the holder context it should belong to.
Revoked badge still displayed
A suspended, expired, revoked, or withdrawn Trust Badge still appears to be used as current proof.
Holder mismatch
The holder name, profile, listing, invoice, or service claim does not match the live Qubicbox badge record.
