Terms of service
These terms apply to organisations that integrate Qverity through our APIs, dashboard, or trust team workflows.

Service scope
Qverity issues verification scopes, badge artefacts, and supporting APIs to authorised customers. Access may be suspended if misuse, fraud, or security risks are detected.
Customer obligations
Customers must ensure submitted evidence is accurate, maintain secure API credentials, and notify Qubicbox of suspected compromise or unauthorised access.
Fees and billing
Unless otherwise agreed, verification services are billed monthly based on active scopes and API consumption tiers outlined in your order form.
Liability
Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses.
Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days’ notice. Qubicbox may suspend immediately for legal, security, or compliance reasons. Upon termination we revoke credentials and delete stored evidence unless required to retain it.
