Retention
Evidence is retained only for the lifetime of the verification scope, then deleted or anonymised unless legal obligations require longer storage.
Security
Qubicbox Trust Badge applies encryption, access controls, and continuous monitoring. Sensitive evidence is stored in segregated trust vaults with strict audit trails.
Data subject rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your data processed by Qubicbox Trust Badge by contacting privacy@qubicbox.com. We respond within statutory timelines and coordinate with partner marketplaces when necessary.
