Data collection
We collect information submitted by applicants, marketplace partners, and authoritative sources such as CAC, NIN, and BVN providers.
Purpose limitation
Evidence is used solely to determine trust levels, monitor ongoing risk, and support dispute workflows in line with consent granted.
Retention
Evidence is retained only for the lifetime of the verification scope, then deleted or anonymised unless legal obligations require longer storage.
Security
Qverity applies encryption, access controls, and continuous monitoring. Sensitive evidence is stored in segregated trust vaults with strict audit trails.
Data subject rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your data processed by Qverity by contacting privacy@qubicbox.com. We respond within statutory timelines and coordinate with partner marketplaces when necessary.
