Verification explainer

What is Qverity verification?

Qverity is the verification layer inside Qubicbox. It turns governed evidence into visible trust signals so buyers, Curators, Guild Members, operators, and partners can understand credibility before acting.

Simple definition

Verification is evidence made usable

Qverity does not treat trust as a slogan. It asks what needs to be checked, what proof exists, who can see it, and how that status should change over time.

What Qverity can verify

identity and contact checks

business or role verification

listing and handover evidence

service scope and completion records

fraud signals, disputes, and escalation notes

audit references for partner or TrustOps review

Verification flow

How a Qverity trust signal is created

The process is designed to be practical, reviewable, and reversible when evidence changes.

Step 1

Evidence is requested with consent

The person, Curator, Guild Member, business, listing, or workflow is asked for the minimum evidence needed for the verification scope.

Step 2

Signals are reviewed against the scope

Qverity checks whether identity, business, listing, role, or transaction evidence is sufficient for the trust level being shown.

Step 3

A visible trust signal is issued

Approved evidence becomes a badge, trust page, or profile marker that can be understood by buyers, operators, and partners.

Step 4

Status can change

Badges can expire, renew, suspend, or be revoked when evidence changes, risk increases, or the scope no longer applies.

Badge meaning

A badge is a status, not a permanent guarantee

Qverity badges are designed to show what was checked and whether the status is still valid. A badge can be renewed when evidence remains current, suspended when review is needed, or revoked when the evidence no longer supports the claim.

This keeps Qubicbox credibility governed. The goal is not to create a decorative seal, but to give users a clearer signal about trust, scope, and recourse.
