Privacy notice
Learn how we collect, process, and retain personal data across Qubicbox Trust Badge verification scopes and dispute handling.

Data collection
We collect information submitted by applicants, marketplace partners, and authoritative sources such as CAC and approved NIN verification providers. BVN is not part of the current Trust Badge evidence model.
Purpose limitation
Evidence is used solely to determine trust levels, monitor ongoing risk, and support dispute workflows in line with consent granted.
Retention
Verification records follow the approved retention schedule and may be retained longer only for a scoped legal hold, dispute, investigation, accounting requirement, or other applicable obligation. Raw evidence is minimised where the verification result and provenance are sufficient.
Security
Qubicbox Trust Badge applies encryption, access controls, and continuous monitoring. Sensitive evidence is stored in segregated trust vaults with strict audit trails.
Data subject rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your data processed by Qubicbox Trust Badge by contacting privacy@qubicbox.com. We respond within statutory timelines and coordinate with partner marketplaces when necessary.
